We emboss the tag slowly, making the alumium flow
and find the shape of the particular design of each o-tag.
Once this is done, we check them and give them a steel brush finish.
Now some of them are off for a meticoulus, time consuming paintjob.
The coating will resist sweat and make a long lasting, colorful background.
The print on the back of each o-tag is a sign of it's originality and
an indication that it has been checked again and passed qc.
Please note that due to the nature of the material, an o-tag will alter
it's appearance. Nothing serious, just some minor signs of wear which
we think add perfectly to the authentic look.
All said, we hope you enjoy your o-tag
as we enjoy making them.
